Definition

broader hydrological response variable
change note removed parts of the original definition that were related more to Yrs2tmaxRef and also removed reference to short- and long-term periods. Also removed the sentence 'This is typically reported as the maximum change due to additional coal resource development' as this is not related to tmaxRef, which is a time point.
